Tejwinder Singh s/o Al Jujar Singh holds a Master of Business Administration majoring in Total Quality Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications and a Certificate in Quality Engineering. On the professional background, he is well-qualified, being a registered IRCA QMS 2000 Principal Auditor; SIRIM ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor; QS 9000 Auditor (for AJA EQS Certification Body) and also a Lead Tutor for ISO / TS 16949:2002.

He started off his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer in 1990 supervising a team of QA supervisors and operators in the day-to-day quality control functions. He was later promoted to Quality Systems Engineer, he developed the company’s quality system to meet ISO 9002 requirements as well as developed documentation to support the requirements and performed internal audits of quality system for compliance. Over the years, he carried out assessments on quality systems, provide consultancy in quality systems to clients and conduct quality related trainings.

He is also a Chartered Member of ASQ Quality Audit Division; a member of American Society for Quality and a member of Institute of Quality Malaysia. He has more than 19 years of hands-on experience in the area of Total Quality Management (TQM) and he had developed various courses and training modules and had delivered them to clients of different capacities. He is particularly experienced in Quality courses such as ISO 9001:2000, AS9001, APQP & PPAP, 7 Quality Control Tools, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, QS 9000, TS 16949:2000, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor Training, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Poka Yoke Training, 5S For A Quality Workplace, Total Productive Maintenance, Improving Organizational Performance For Total Business Excellence, Manufacturing Process Audit, Effective Document Control, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), 8D Problem Solving, Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control (APQP) And Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), 7 New Quality Management Tools, Implemeting Quality Control Circle, Operational Productivity, Strategic Management, Measurement Uncertainty and etc.

Up to date, he has trained more than 25,000 auditors worldwide and helped even more organizations to achieve their ISO certification, guiding them towards quality excellence.
