Dr. Ramachandran age 58years old holds a PhD in Occupational Safety & Health (USA)Preston University, M.Sc. Occupational Safety and Health Management (UUM), Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Management (UKM), Advance Diploma in Management Studies (ICM – UK). A certified lead auditor for ISO45001 / MS 1722 and ISO 22301 Business Continuity management system.

He has more than 31 years of Industrial experience. He has a track record of setting up Safety Management system for MNC and specializes in  Leadership Programme, Ergonomics Risk Assessment, Business Continuity Planning , OSH Compliance ,RBA / EICC, DOSH Codes,  Effective set up of Safety & Health Committee ,OSH Awareness,  Electrical / Mechanical Safety, BBS, Ergonomics, Chemical Safety & Spill control, Emergency Response, Lock Out / Tag Out, Forklift competence, Crisis Management & Simulation  and other customize training  in Environmental, occupational Safety and  Health.

Dr. Rama ‘s training career started in year 2000 and had conducted varies training in the field of Environmental, Health & Safety for industries and other sectors. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) & Certified Safety & Health Manager (CSPM) accredited by American Society for Safety Professional, HRDF registered Trainer, Certified Assessor for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and a trained person for initial & advanced ergonomics assessment by Human Factor & Ergonomics Society of Malaysia (HFEM).

He is also a part time lecturer for Open University, Occupational Safety and Health degree and Master programme, Asia e University (Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (OSH Module), Trainer & conference speaker for FMM.

He is a fellow member of the Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health Professional Association (MOSHPA 098), International Member of American Society of Safety Professional (ASSP 010018629), member of National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH). Full Member of Human Factor & Ergonomics Society of Malaysia (No 0127)
