Ms Vlynnee has more than 13 years hands-on experience in the area of team building, treasure hunt, tele-match and overseas student camp project.
She has conducted numerous in-house training on Motivation and Team Building programs. Also she is a freelance trainer on soft skills covering mainly selling skills, key account management, customer service, leadership, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

She holds a Degree of International Business from the University of Utara Malaysia. Her expertise is actively involved in designing a quality program to meet the customer needs.

Ms Vlynnee has great passion in motivating and developing the learners across different industries field to share her knowledge on self-motivation, communicating and motivating the work force. Her training and consulting skills stems from her 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing of scientific and biotechnology instrumentation, specializing in managing teams and making strategic decisions on the business direction.

Currently she attached with numerous of training providers, travel agent in local and overseas, local hotels to design programs on team building, tele-match, treasure hunt and student camps to the public. Besides, she collaborated with a Vocational school in Kuching to promoting the Cambridge English project to all the vocational school leavers.
